Beautiful beach for a walk. Towards Kessingland you can see the coastal erosion. Lovely to get outside in the fresh air. Highly recommend and so close to Beccles, Norwich. ????????❤️????
A hidden gem......make the effort to drive that little further along the beautiful Suffolk coast.....no facilities here but nature at it's best........... beautiful beach, clifts and wide open beauty..... can't wait to come here again soon.......❤️
Parking on the road, small lay-by. Follow signs for Benacer National Park footpath. 10 minutes walk past a pig farm, down to the beach. The beach is dog friendly and sandy, and when we visited, we were the only people we could there.
Wonderful beach once you have walked along the path (about 1 mile each way). There are no facilities at the beach just lovely, peaceful area to walk and sit. Park along the side of the road just before the church and very short walk to were you start the walk to the beach. Lovely thatched church inside the ruins of the old one
Access is a short trek along a couple of fields and across the top of the beach. The path does narrow towards the end but there are decent passing places. Parking is on street, on the road that leads along to the ruin of St Andrews church. Dog friendly.
Lovely sandy beach. 5-10 mins walk from country lane parking. Off the beaten track so no facilities at all. There is a free public toilet on the a12 if coming from the south just before Wrentham. Or stop at one of the pubs for a drink/lunch. Popular, especially for dog walkers, but was still clean. Nice spot.
Lovely golden sandy beach with some sandy cliffs.
The most beautiful secluded gem of a beach! We love it here! Dogs welcome all year round. 10 min walk from the road to reach the beach. Just stunning!!
