Dispite having my appoint.cancelled 3 times my appoint.Yesterday went well, the two females that were doing my treatment were very professional and took time to make sure I was ok when I was getting my procedure done.????
Worst experience ever. Went in as emergency patient, I had a temporary filling that fell out before I reached home. Booked an appointment to see a dentist 2 days later as a private patient. Appointment was arbitrarily cancelled without even a call or message to advise the reason.
Don't know it they couldn't treat me, or they already knew the first service was a farce. So disappointed. The worst experience with a medical office in the face of an emergency. I will be going through their complaints procedure on this.
Kind & friendly staff. East to get appointments booked or changed. Everyone makes you feel relaxed & there is no feeling of being rushed. If you are looking for a good dental practice then I would not hesitate to point you in the direction of Bupa Dental Care Cove Bay, Aberdeen!
My appointment was on time, everything went very well, Dr Karelas is very professional and gentle and the nurses Rhiannan and Nikola were very friendly and polite. 100% satisfied. Also I had my hygiene appointment done by Dr Sawmea Sharavanen, who was very kind and offered to adjust one filling for me that had discoloration. The tooth is now very smooth and shiny. Much better than when I came in.
The atmosphere is welcoming and the reception staff greet you with kindness and professionality. I am always looking forward to come back.
