This surgery is absoloutley shocking. That's if the receptionist even allows you to book an appointment it's like she doesn't want you to see a doctor. My partner walked in at 8.10am as she had been on hold for over 20 minutes to the receptionist saying to her "what are you doing in here". She is so rude, in fact she is horrible and has no compassion for any patient whatsoever. How is she even still in that job with the way she talks to and treats patients? Nasty , rude and very unpleasant receptionist to deal with here.
There was a bit of delay in answering the my call as I was in a queue but I was happy that I was given a wide choice of eye specialists to go to. Whiterose specsaver eye specialist was very good. The system is quite good and I would recommend someone who hasn't registered with a GP to do so.

Only problem with the surgery is trying to get through on phone and not being able to get appointments even when your in the top10 in the call waiting list.
Moved from Pudsey to Churwell, Cottingley was the nearest doctors and as I don’t drive and don’t know the area I chose Cottingley. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this gp practice from medication issues to getting an appointment ring at 8 on hold in position 8 or 9 for them to answer and say app have gone I have a child with disabilities who I can’t get seen!! Absolutely shocking!!
It’s taken 35 year to find a dr like the one I have now he’s caring compassionate and he actually listens to me and hears what am saying my mental and physical health isn’t the best and he understands and knows his stuff

I'm not one for needing medical help usually but lately I've had a few problems
All the staff I've dealt with have been brilliant....would definitely recommend
When recently wishing to see a doctor, I was able to book in advance. The option of e-consult & telephone consultation is an advantage. Have always found the staff to be polite & helpful
