The service is professional, amazing and done on time, I used their service several times, we’ll continue to do so.
Had my tyres replaced on the 28th of October. Had them repainted a few weeks before doing so. Knowing some shops can be quite rough with wheels and leave them scratched I was cautious and explained this to the colleague at the desk. I was happy to receive them in the exact same condition as before I handed them the keys, within an hour. Good service and can't fault it.
Great prompt and efficient service at good prices! Dropped off van, a wee saunter round Costco and something to eat and then pick up van with all tyres changed! Well done guys!
Fitted the wrong tyres. Said they would give me a partial refund for having to drive the 1h 20 to come back to get the correct tyres fitted. Never got a refund. Waste of time ! Eventually got the right tyres. It's not complicated!
Had difficulty ordering tyres online or via app. I tried again on monday morning and it all went through as expected. The tyres i choose had a £30 saving on each, this covered our membership cost for the year! Great tyres, very competitively priced and tyres fitted as per agreed appointment, ideal, I will be back
Shocking my 4 tyres came in on the 22nd still waiting on them fitting them, I call them but they say we will call you!
How do I know! I even called in and saw arrival displayed on screen. What the he'll are they doing over there.
Do not buy your tyres here, I had to buy another 1 tyre elsewear as I originally got a bad puncture and had one of those temp tires on.
So it has cost me more now because I tried to save at Costco
Very poor logistics and customer service. Paid for ~£300 worth of tyres and I've had to call the warehouse twice and customer service twice since no one called me. 14 days after the fitting slot, I've requested a refund which will take another 3-5 days. Seems like I'm not the only person who's had this experience either, massive waste of time
I ordered a pair of tyres online a month ago to be fitted before a long road trip but no contact from them since. So I came to the warehouse but they are not able to locate where the tyres are as the tyres are still being shipped (it has been 3 weeks since the shipment notification)? I opted to get refund in the end as there was nothing else they could do. What a shame!
