Used the drive through , coffee was good, staff were very friendly. However costa has once again put prices up. It is now too much money for a coffee now.
Rude customer service, over charged and terrible drinks that were not to your usual Costa standard. Asked to have them re made as they were tasteless and ended up with drinks worse than the first! Poor standards and in need of some training
Not bad alot better than street clarks village they are so slow not surprising NO investment in staff always not enough.
You can could do better it's a pity all the old staff are leaving l wonder why it's down to a company that does not care !!!!
Scanned my app this morning with 2 reuse cups & drinks, only got 3 beans so only 1g went through as reuse. My drink tastes of dampness, and mould, the cream was yellow and tasted gone off. Drinks only lukewarm. Wasn’t very happy with our service
Arthritic, Old lady with little grandaughter but helped with ordering, loyalty card (technophobe), by patient and kind member of staff, Becks. She went beyond the call of duty in assistance and other young assistants could learn a lot from her re customer relations. I hope her abilities are recognised by management. Special mention of Di too with her warm, welcoming smile regardless of weather.
Went to try the new maple stuff yesterday around 2:30pm, shop side closed with a notice saying sorry please use drive through. Drive through was also closed, no opening hours on display at all. Suspect this branch may actually be permanently closed? Not surprised really, my previous experience of rude smirking staff (young chap who couldn't quite grow a proper beard) lead me to think they wouldn't last long. This is really sad because when this one first opened this was a really good Costa, the friendly guy with the dreadlocks and what I assume were the old team were great and had excellent rapport with customers but this all changed a while ago.
Good coffee, tea and hot chocolates drinks available. Food a little on the expensive side for what you get. Great staff, very friendly. Menu's are on digital screens a bit far away to be able to read for sight impaired, top tip take a photo and zoom in.
Shop was closed with a sign saying to use drive through. We asked about the national coffee club promotion (we had a free drink) and they said that it wasn't working on their machine so they couldn't do it. We asked for an oat latte anyway, then were told they have no oat milk... We decided to forget it. However, we then had to wait ages in the drive through queue to be able to leave the one way system. Won't bother again.
