Just got bk from the drive through at ventura, spent £3.75 on a small cappuccino, driving bk to work I had a sip with no coffee just warm milk. The lady with big lips,tattoos and dark hair served me! Won't be going again.
Firstly, anyone going to a Costa, it's coffee, not life and death, the abuse some of the young people get is ridiculous. So please give them time to make your coffee and chill, or go home and put the kettle on. How do I know this. My daughter worked at Costa in Solihull for 12 months.
So why am I putting this. I went today and was served by someone called Olivia. Not been to Costa for ages. Happy, smiley and efficient. What more do you need. Anyway, well done olivia, in what must be a challenging environment sometimes. You deserve employee of the month, its staff like you that just get on with it with a smile that don't ever get recognised.
Staff are very knowledgeable on drinks including dietary requirements, and know where to look for the correct information if they are unsure. Clean inside, tables constantly cleared and floor mopped regularly. Staff are always really accommodating with getting my toddler several babyccinos, even at the drive-thru when I’m not even purchasing a drink for myself! A very breastfeeding-friendly space too.
Nice large sit in area. Outside table area and drive through. Very clean and tidy. Extremely busy,(Sunday midday). Good variety of drinks and cakes/sandwiches. Staff friendly and helpful. If you don't mind Costa prices it very good, but cheaper cafe's and eateries are available near by.
We Absolutely loved our Vegan ham and cheese sandwiches here, we also had a Green tea and as it was Xmas time so it was nice to have the discontinued black forest hot chocolate back on the menu which I've always enjoyed and it was great again, twice this week dined here and both times service and cleanliness was perfect, all doing a great job, vegan options are great
Went for a cheeky coffee after shopping. Very friendly and they work hard! Lots of people doing the same so had to wait 20 minutes to order/ get our coffee
Typical Costa located opposite Aldi at Tamworth (former John Lewis). Plenty of parking with bays for disabled. Pleasant staff.
Stopped going there after long time, prices ridiculous £3.70 for a large cappuccino, £3.55 for a regular and the price of cakes and sandwiches are a joke. And each time we went there the coffee was different, for example no consistency, strong, weak, no froth, No help there for struggling families. My wife and I are pensioners and going to Costa was our daily treat. The attached pic was supposed to have been a large coffee, none was drunk by the way I complained the next day and was given a bean towards a free coffee Very sad. Disgraceful
