Took my boy to Costa for an Easter treat. Fancied a KitKat speciality drink, attracted by the free Litkat Easter bunny! Paid for the drinks. No bunyy “ we’ve run out”. It’s almost like Easter doesn’t come around every year. No alternative offered.
In comparison Starbucks are giving their customers mini eggs.

The staff are fantastic, personable and friendly, prompt service, and real care goes into making the drinks - 11/10!
I was surprised that I couldn't choose a birthday coffee and cake in this Costa, I was told that there is no option to scan my birthday present and if I want I can go to another Costa and use my birthday gift there. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't use it.
It's Costa coffee, and I can't say no more, but the young lady that served us went above and beyond & very good attitude ????????
Always good service when it's open, but why do you close at 7pm when some films don't start till 9PM?
Also why can't I use my Costa Coffee "free drink" voucher here, which I have earned through loyalty, at the Odeon branch?
Costa Rewards was down during my purchase today? Seems I wasn't the only one who lost "beans" unfortunately.
This is a small Costa to serve cinema customers. So it does not have the seating or WiFi that other Costa shops do. But they still have a good range of food and drinks as you get normally. It is open typically as the cinema is open bit at quiet times it does shut early sometimes. It is clean and tidy and staff are helpful. It is so much nicer to have a good coffee when watching a film and this provides the perfect opportunity to get one.
Came yesterday to see a film, fancied a coffee. The Costa employee was too busy serving one of his colleagues to even acknowledge us. Stood there for 10 minutes before a member of the odeon team came over and served us- he was very clearly embarrassed by his colleague who just stood and ignored us. Props to the odeon employee who actually bothered. Costa employee did nothing but shoot us dirty looks for daring to want a coffee before the film. Not good enough, especially when people are clearly not able to stand about waiting ages before they see their film.
