Hailsham Costa always a warm and friendly atmosphere. My local one so in there couple times a month. Popped in today with the other half, very friendly staff as always had a pot of tea and tried the breakfast wrap, bit too much egg in it for me, compared to rest of ingredients in there but won't put me off having another.
The guy who's the manager is really rude, the other blonde girl who was working with him were enjoying themselves making fun of me for a drink I ordered.
I’m not usually a fan of Costa - but for Costa Hailsham I’ll make an exception! Great service - friendly and offer to take your tray to your table when its ready. Great coffees too - made properly which you often don’t find in other Costas. Nice location too ! Best Costa I’ve ever been too. Only one small gripe - they don’t have Millionaire Shortbread (apart from a small wrapped gluten free bar - which isn’t as good)
Very bad service, I ordered a latte and a ham and cheese toasty, no toasty arrived and had no refund
The new maple hazelnut range is amazing! Great service, loads of options, really quick too!
I tend to not use Costa's if other coffee shops are available but thought I would give it a try again. Disappointing noisy environment caused by staff dragging chairs and tables about sweeping up . Also the toilets were a disgrace. Dirty and mould everywhere. Never going back to this outlet.
The store inside is in dire need of reconstruction and some paint. Not sure what's been happening but coffee is awfully made (Nov 2023-jan 2024) really burnt tasting. Rather go somewhere else now and it's roughly £11 for a toastie and coffee, not sure what inflation costs are on
Nice place to relax... friendly staff.... Unfortunately the next door shop is doing some building work...Builders taking the whole front area of Costa with very messy deprie &dust loud banging noise ...the sugaring of the cake...builders using the front window seat as their office...making it very uncomfortable to sit at the lovely bay window seat
