Absolutely terrible, avoid if you really care about your health or need prescriptions within the same month! Pre order 2 weeks in advance and its either not ordered still, lost, owing or they have no idea what has happened. Waiting time to pick up prescription appropriately 1 hour standing and waiting to be told missing, or incomplete order. No consideration to how important these are to people. Please avoid.
What a complete shambles. What is the point of ordering a repeat prescription over a week early by phone to then have to queue to get in the chemist and then wait again 20 minutes for them to make up the prescription. The whole point is that it should be READY ON COLLECTION. No apology for the delay. You have to try several times till you get through by phone to order in the first place!!!! This chemist has drastically changed since Lucas and his staff have gone. This review would be ZERO if it was possible. Definitely changing where I get my prescriptions from!!!!!!!!!
Absolute joke. Avoid if possible. Since Lucas left it’s been an absolute shambles. You cue for an hour or so for prescriptions to be told they aren’t in stock or not ready. The chap I spoke to a couple of weeks back needs help with an attitude problem or lessons for back to basics when dealing with customers. As is attitude stunk. Will be looking for somewhere else if it doesn’t improve soon.
Always a queue out of the door. 3rd attempt to get my prescription today as always “busy”. Came straight after work to be told why are bothering to get in the queue at ten to 6. Rude staff and even the pharmacist stated to the 6 customers waiting “watch me walk out that door at 6 o clock” shocking customer service.
Absolutely shocking service! I was told by this branch to use lloyds direct app & have nothing but problems last month they sent me to another lloyds branch after waiting nearly 1 hour to be sent with someone elses prescription, constantly having to shout my name & address across the shop, way to go on your GDPR training, I can see staff are not capable of handling someone’s personal data sensitively. Nearly 2 hours of driving back and forth to have to go to another pharmacy altogether! This week I’ve been calling for days to be told my medication would be ordered in to send a family member on 2 separate days as I have covid and they were sent away after ridiculous wait times as they couldn’t find it! So after 8 days of my prescription being approved I finally have my medication from Boots. Not sure what has happened to this branch as it was always fantastic service but to leave people without medication and not give a dam is discusting. I won’t be using any branch of Lloyds nor the app they keep bragging about and shoving leaflets at you about.
Invariably have to return at least once because prescriptions aren’t ready. Even when they are done they have items ‘owing’, staff very busy, just not enough of them!! Can’t contact by phone to check before leaving home as they never answer. Very poor despite staff best efforts.
Awful, avoid. My wife's medication is never available and have to go elsewhere. Used to be brilliant, sending texts when prescription ready. Don't know what's happened but it needs sorting. Phone is conveniently always engaged!! Very bad service.
They never answer the phone, always busy or ringing out. I called 27 times yesterday with no answer. I made my way to the pharmacy, only to find the nhs system was down. I called another close by lloyds pharmacy and there nhs system was working but coppicefarm has already accepted the prescription. I asked again and was rudely told there's nothing they can do. Avoid this pharmacy, its always different dispensers and they have no control of the pharmacy. Rude, unhelpful, disorganised and stock is limited.
