Beautiful house in beautiful surroundings. Five of us spent 4 nights at CopperBroc and I can honestly say it’s the most comfortable holiday home I’ve ever stayed in. 5 star accommodation, so comfortable, lots of space and quality furnishings throughout. Lots of lovely extra touches too.
The kitchen has everything you could ever need. We were lucky with the weather so spent time in the garden every day too. Lots to do in the local area, even if you aren’t here to visit whisky distilleries like us. We did a fab dolphin boat trip from Lossiemouth via 58 North and visited many other beaches. I will definitely book to go back again.
Our stay at CopperBroc was sensational! The house itself is stunning, plenty of room and decorated so well- like a home from home! The whisky snug was the highlight, the smell in there and the fire makes for the perfect spot for a few drams. It's in such an ideal location as well, we managed a few distillery visits and a kayak down the Spey with whisky tasting at the end. All in all it was a brilliant stay and would 100% recommend it. Can't wait to go back!
I went to CopperBroc with some friends and loved it.
If you like whisky this is the place for you! Equally if you don't like whisky this is the perfect getaway. A beautiful, tastefully decorated getaway. With all the home from home comforts you'll ever need.
You can take a lovely stroll from the property into Aberlour or just enjoy the stunning cottage garden.
We were lucky enough to have the right weather for a BBQ which was excellent.
Inside the living room is well set up with a decent sized TV with a fire stick so everything you could ever want is a available to you.
I couldn't write a review and miss out the whisky snug! What a cool room, perfect to while away an evening, and the wood burner will make it proper snug when it's cold outside.
Definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get away for while, whether you're up for the whisky, some time on the Spey or just generally to have a break.
Thank you, CopperBroc was just what I needed!
Immaculate property, super comfortable beds, incredible gardens with fire pit and flowers galore. Spacious rooms and all very well put together with nice modern touches blended with traditional rustic handmade wooden furniture. I particularly enjoyed the whisky snug room with the log fire. Superb with a nice dram at night.
Location is ideal for nature lovers as it’s located right along the famous Speyside Way trails. In the heart of whisky country so it’s perfect if you want to get involved with distillery tours, which I do. The town of Aberlour is barely a 2 minute drive and had everything you need to stay stocked up.
Love the owners too. Excellent communication and very warm hospitality. Will definitely return and highly recommend.
Another wonderful stay at CopperBroc. A beautiful property in a stunning, peaceful location. The hosts are fantastic - lovely to interact with and highly responsive. Our friends understood why we would come back and had a great experience. Great size, well appointed, with thought to the details.
We had a fantastic time, helped by the wonderful weather, the house was brilliant, the hosts had left a great welcome basket which only added to our experience and pretty everything you could ever need was provided. The garden was wonderful, mature and full and a sun trap. We toured GlenAllachie Distillery, had a meal at the Copper Dog but mostly we just relaxed and enjoyed the house and the whisky we had bought or brought with us in the Whisky Snug.
My niece Kelsey from Balvenie said we would enjoy it and she was right and we can’t thank the hosts enough.
I look forward to visiting again in the future with some more friends to enjoy more Whisky adventures.

A wonderful house set in beautiful grounds. Very comfortable and quiet, bedding was lovely and we all slept well, even Mum who rarely sleeps. The kitchen was great, well equipt for a night in cooking, little extras around the house and the welcome basket were much appreciated. .
Brilliant house and a great base to explore Speyside! A great house for both whisky or non whisky drinkers with lots of useful info available from pre-stay to during our stay. Lots of lovely walks and cycles close by. The house was a very high spec and spotlessly clean. It really had everything you could need, the amount of items that were there the off chance you may need them was amazing so much thought into the house. We had the best time and would definitely recommend. We hope to rebook in the not to distant future!
