The most friendliest reception staff & simply an amazing dentist. I have nothing but praise. I've always been scared of dentists but not here! I've always been made to feel completely at ease. Furthermore, I've been able to book at last minute & even though I had a gap in visits they were still so welcoming on my return & brilliant with my little boy too.
Not only that, even though they are extremely busy and stretched beyond with appointments the dentist still added my little boys dad to his patient lists. Truly grateful!! Thank you so much!
The best dentist practise! The staff are just the absolute best. The ladies on reception always go above and beyond to help where they can and accommodate appointments. They listen and understand and are always sp friendly and welcoming, putting you at ease for any treatment. The dentist himself is great. Relocated from Norfolk, needed dental treatment, got an appointment straight away, amazing care and attention was taken, can highly recommend this dentist. Lovely and professional, made me feel at ease, had a bad experience previously and really didn't want to go and get my broken tooth fixed. Thank you for going above and beyond to fix my smile in time for my wedding.

Highly recommended. The staff are professional, efficient and friendly. Keeping my 2 year old son happy and making my mouth feel better than it has in over a year, all on my 1st visit! Check up in 6 months :) fantastic service.
Very friendly staff, I hadn't been to the dentist for almost 25 years, made me feel at ease. Almost enjoyed my trip to the dentist. Highly recommend if you feel nervous about visiting the dentist.
I have been registered here for a couple of years but always felt nervous about leaving a review or feedback, but enough is enough.
Where to start?
Could it be the total lack of people or communication skills? Could it be the fact that as a NHS patient you are made to feel like a second class citizen? Could it be that you are always made to feel like you are an inconvenience and wasting their time? Could it be the fact that they seem to try to use the bare minimum of equipment (No suction, no polish...just the bare minimum to get the job done)? Or could it be that as an A&E Consultant I feel embarrassed at the sheer lack of professionalism that is provided by some one who shares the title of “doctor” with me provides?
