Would love to share a good review as they seemed like lovely and genuine people. But after promising me a quote to fix my van they proceeded to ignore me, my calls and messages for weeks. Not sure what happened but had to go elsewhere.
Avoid this Bodyshop. Please find a professional bodyshop which have pride in their work. After paying for work to be completed (half which wasnt done and the other half had to be redone) i am now having the work carried out by a bodyshop which actually have standards. They took one look at the work cooks done and straight away said it was a bodge and knew of their poor reputation. When asked for money back on the work that wasnt carried out they were very rude, denied ever saying they were going to do it. They are Full of excuses and arguments.
I have had work done by cooks previously which i was pleased with but the standards have gone quickly downhill to not having any. The place is chaos and my car was stood outside for weeks before work had started on it. After going to a proper bodyshop the difference is night and day from the get go.
First class service, super friendly. Always do a great job. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service today, a proper family business, professional, amazing customer service and highly skilled. Took my Audi Coupe with scratches on the bonnet and boot, some deep in parts and they put real effort in to wet sand and polish out. Superb job, corrected what I thought would need a respray. If ever I need any work in the future I'll be coming back 1000%. Highly recommend, great value and highly skilled
Absolutely fantastic! Really friendly and helpful, Quick service and best price in the entire region by a mile! I'm so happy with the result, came in with with dented panel and scratches with exposed metalwork from a car park hit and run and left with it looking good as new with no sign of any damage. Couldn't be happier, have recommended to everyone
