I’m not one to leave reviews, but this place deserves it. I’ve been a few times recently with car issues very last minute. They provided exceptional service each time, nothing was an inconvenience to them. What could be a stressful situation for me just isn’t when going to Conrad’s. They go above and beyond for their customers. On top of that they are all lovely people! Cannot stress enough how impressed I am by their service. Highly recommend, if I could give more stars I would. Thank you all at Conrad’s!!
Called this garage with a very strange request, after a holiday in Devon I discovered I had come back with more than a stick of rock. I had 2 baby rabbits that had hitched a lift back to Birmingham. The guys at Conrads garage went above and beyond to free the little buggers as they had gotten right up inside the bumper. Can't thank them enough for their help as it was no easy task and they never even charged for the inconvenience. The rabbits have now gone to a wildlife sanctuary. Massive thank you excellent service.

Top class motor repair Garage plus very well organised by Jamie and his lovely daughter and his mechanic . I would say it’s the best Garage in West Midlands in terms of honesty, no short cuts and very reasonable charge .

Cannot recommend Jamie highly enough, had my dsg box serviced, oil and filter change, some exhaust work done and just booked in for some aftermarket trim work to be installed, absolutely fantastic, doesn't mess about or overcharge, very competitive prices. Definitely my go to garage from now on
