Really nice place for a wander and to sit down with a brew. I often head down and just watch the world go by, a few benches scattered around and plenty of lovely view points to watch the birds.
The wildlife here is beautiful beyond words. Each visit I experience a different mindfulness moment. My happy place
Not a lot there but decent views off the Flint bridge and the River Dee. There is a cafe around the corner.
A nice place for a walk, right by the river. The railway goes nearby so it's possible to see stream trains occasionally. Free parking.
Unfortunately, the cafe isn't open on Sundays.
Went Fishing here, didn't catch anything, but it is supposed to be goid for Flounder, maybe try again later in the year. Great place to start a pysh bike ride from, you can get onto the Millennium green way all the way to Chester and back, hardly touching a road. 26 mile round trip.
Great for fishing and really good if you take the family on a bike ride lovely scenery and also there's a cafe for the bikers
Fantastic walkways and cycling, or just to watch the tide coming in and going out. Cycle cafe bar for refreshments and free parking.
A good place to ride or walk. Good fishing, mainly flat fish and eels. Boat trips available.
