Fish and chips was ok, that’s as far as I would go.
Chips were fine but fish lacked any flavour and was soaggy. Would’ve been nice to have a crispy batter to the fish.
Also menu was a little confusing are they an chippie or a curry house as 75% of the menu was Indian dishes
Good food. Price is reasonable . Sadly Service lacks at times. They don’t communicate enough and struggle when busy. Like not providing Cutlery when serving food and forgetting to provide drink that has been paid for. Apart from that the food is great. Top quality Indian, Punjabi food. The fish and chips is good too
Ordered online, speedy delivery as always. I ordered regular chips, fish cake, sausage and curry sauce. Food great portion size and tasted absolutely delicious.Would highly recommend.
Called in here after being stuck in traffic on M25 for two hours. Walked in to to find two working on counter and one fella being served. I attempted 3 times to ask a simple question "Do you take card payments" to the one not dealing with the customer but I was just completely ignored which was plain rude. So that's why there is a 1 star for service.
I then ordered for 3 people and had to wait for it to be cooked. Waiting is not an issue for me if the food is good, but waiting for food to be overcooked is a bit of a problem. We got chips that were overcooked to the point where they were hard enough to make your mouth sore as you chewed through them. The gravy was poor! it was quite obviously made up to order by putting gravy granules into a styrofoam sauce container and adding boiling water, but then being careless enough to not bother stirring it until it all dissolved. The result was watery gravy with big undissolved clumps in it, especially around the bottom of the container.
Curry sauce was watery too.
Just a bad experience altogether. Awful food and terrible customer service. Never again.
Can't say enough for this place, I'm on a diet and I went in to see what he had on the menu. The guy cooking the fish did me a bit of fish with no batter (just a light dusting of flour). Saved me loads of calories as I would have had eaten the batter and not left it like I planned, because I have the breaking strain of a soggy rich tea biscuit.
Would definitely go back.
Good friendly service. Food was very good.
One of the worst foods we ever ordered. Chicken kadhai had uncooked chicken and Biryani had foul smell as it was old. I called the shop and they said it is absolutely fine and didn’t listen to concern.
Batter is soo good... it's like tempura ????????????????????????
Mind you I only had it on a battered sausage... I'll be back again soon to try a bit of fish & chips ????
