Visited during the Chritmas lights switch on. I was alone with my 3 and 4 year olds at the time who were pretty hungry. Everywhere else in town was rammed. I was served pretty quickly only to be told they wouldn't cut my burger for my children to share. Obviously as I customer you aren't going to give me a knife to do it so I asked again please. The man behind the counter looked at me as if I was gone off and told me It wasnt his job to cut my food for me. Prompted and backed up by the other staff behind the counter I felt pretty confused by this reaction to a simple request. As this point I decided to leave, where he practically threw my money back at me. After working most my adult life in hospitality this is honestly one of the strangest and rudest interactions with a food vendor I've ever had. Such a waste of space in a prime location in Coleford.
Too expensive bought 2 kebabs one large chicken one combination was delivered locally but 25 pound is takin the piss
Foods okay..kebabs are on pita so you have no chance of picking the thing up as by the time you see the pita it's all soggy in sauce and looks like it's been sliced with a teaspoon. Chips are really ranked even worse as salt must be rationed as you never get much. Maybe they have not updated the prices on the menus as its always a few quid more than what it says aswell. Small, medium or large kebab makes no difference you get the same size just pay more for a large
Spent £30 on a cheeseburger with chips and 2 kebabs and the kebab meat came out of a water bath tub and was grey,pale, wet and absolutely disgusting and both kebabs went in the bin as they were absolutely vile. A kebab shop that doesn’t know how to cook proper lamb doner kebab meat to order, with brown colour on one side is a scandal.
Order arrived after 2 and half hours . Part of order was chicken doner kebab . Sent only chicken . I complained and sent another again only chicken . Last arrived 3 hours after placing the order . Avoid like the plague
Just like everywhere else they've had a massive price increase and sadly the quality doesn't live up to the price ☹️

Always really good pizza, and the staff are friendly. It would be much better if they took cards though!
