The Asian lady who helped me was so kind and thoughtful. The hot chocolate and tea was good. The bakewell tart and Crunchie muffin I wouldn't buy again- disappointing. Nice vibe and good seating
Really disappointed in this place, I go here quite a bit and the food is amazing dont get me wrong, my family and I stop by for a coffee and a cake occasionally.
However the service and atmosphere is TERRIBLE, countless times I have witnessed the manager yelling at staff on the front. I experienced them yelling at this women for using too blue roll and fair enough if it was once but it isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed these outbursts. Would not recommend going here as he makes it very uncomfortable.
Really disappointed with coffee break. I placed an order online so that I could keep an eye on my child playing in the bouncy castle area. 15 mins later, nothing arrived so I went in and spoke to a member of staff who informed me she would take care of it. Another 10 minutes later nobody had bothered. I had to cancel the order as I wasn't left enough time to actually enjoy it. If you can't keep up with app orders, don't provide the option!
The cheese tomato toast was a bit dry, but the Mango-pineapple smoothie was delicious. Friendly staff. Nice for a short break. Self-service.

Use this cafe a lot and never had a problem, but we visited on Wednesday at 3.55pm - asked for a hot chocolate and a cup of tea, we were told we had to have these in take out cups as you were closing. When asked what time you closed the lady replied 5pm.
So an hour before you close we weren’t able to have proper cups.
The person I was with declined the offer for a take away cup and didn’t have a drink.
Very disappointing as this cafe is usually great.

Very good cafe with wide selection of items on the menu and great coffee. Staff are friendly and professional. Regular customer here for last year or so and would thoroughly recommend.
Staff were excellent ( young ladies who worked 11.30 shift on 23/02/23), food was brilliant but manager was rude and cutleries very dirty. However, upon complaint to one of the staff she came to apologise in all fairness to her. But not a good way to speak to customers especially when you have oversight responsibility. Overall great experience, I will visit again. They also have a great space for kids to jump around while parent's enjoy their meal.

I had two trays of food. Took one to my family and when I returned to pick the second tray I informed the staff attending to me that I think I am missing a drink, the young lady politely said that the vanilla is in the process of being made and out of the blue the Manager very rudely asked me out of the shop that I am putting them under pressure. Quoting her verbatim she said: "please go go go go and we will bring the tray to you as you are putting us under alot of pressure". I was pleasantly surprised because there were only me and another customer with 4 staff attending to us; so in my head how am I pressuring you and your team. I calmly left but felt the need to express how I felt to the staff attending to me. Sometimes it's not what you say but how you say it. Her countenance and body language was very hostile and I could not but think that maybe its because I am a black male ( I might be wrong).
