My husband and I always sit at this place and have breakfast, lunch or dinner before our flight.
This time this place re-brands the name. I forget the previous name. But this Co-pilot bar looks better than the previous name. Staff more professional, quick as well. There are few screen at the cafe so I can monitor my flight. Place considered clean.
Burger was delicious. Chips is simple but it taste good.
We will always come back to this place.
Heathrow Terminal 4 really does lack a range of decent dining options. This is arguably one of the better options if you have to eat at the airport, although the prices are extortionate. Even by London prices at transport hubs, £20 for fish and chip is pushing it. Factor in a drink and dessert or starter and you’re looking at £40 per head for pub food.
Nether the less, the food is perfectly acceptable. The menu has a good range, with something that should appeal to most people. Service was prompt and staff aimed to please. There are screens with flight information and security is a short walk away.
Food was lovely and very flavorful I loved the fresh veg and the mayo was very fresh. You can tell it's quality. The waitress was really nice and kind to me and my family. The price was on point and it was a nice atmosphere with lively people in the bars. It's also halal which is a plus.
Fish & chips and Eggs Benedict was great and our server Lubica was even better, she made us feel warm and welcomed. Could not have asked for a better last meal and experience in London. Highly recommended.
A 90 minute delay when travelling with a toddler is a disaster but the staff at Co-pilot bar and kitchen were so helpful and kind. Oswin found us a table where we would not disturb others travellers and where we could see a departure screen. The food was freshly cooked and tasty and they dealt with any of our requests with a smile. I will be using this restaurant in future. A very special thanks to Oswin, who helped us with flight details and check-in and made the wait time so uplifting. What a treasure.
Delicious food! A very nice spot to eat while waiting for your flight. Would recommend. Had their chicken (halal) burger and fries which was yum!
Personally, this restaurant in Heathrow Terminal 4 has the most disappointing customer service. Upon arriving, a female server asked if I was there for food or drinks instead of showing me to a table. After being seated, I had to look for another server to ask if I needed to order at the bar or with the server as there was no one around to ask - everyone seemed busy although most of the tables had been served. Just as I thought I could get hold of a male server handing the payment terminal card machine to the table next to me, I was asked to wait with a scowl (refer pic by Dino Soares-review below): "Lady, a minute!". And what was the server doing? Standing very sternly overlooking the customer keying in the amount of money on the machine, perhaps his PIN too. On top of that, it takes a while to pay for the meal too.
