The absolutely worst place I have ever been to.
Extremely unprofessional staff. I booked an appointment with them to check my car. They literally just charged me for the diagnostics and kicked me out of the garage. Said they would get back to be with the evaluation. However, they never did.
So they literally just wasted 2 weeks of my time.
Absolutely useless, do not go there.
Only wanted a Diagnostics done on my car as an Engine light had came up. Waited a week for my 'Scheduled' appointment only to be told they dont have the parts or time. After stating I specifically only wanted a diags, no premission to take apart my car. Waste of time.
Was told they didn't have the time. - Fraudsters.

How many garages can you name that you can go to knowing you 'wont' get ripped off... Not many I think. I've been coming here for years. Ken and James professionalism is second to none! The prices for parts and labour are very competitive, MOT's can be done a lot cheaper at other local places, BUT, I'd rather pay full price knowing that if there is work to do it's genuine and not made up. These guys are quality, quality service, quality prices and honest as the day is long.
Lovely, friendly guys in the garage, very reasonably priced too, will definitely be going back and would highly recommend! Keep up the good work and excellent customer service too.
The service I get from this garage is amazing. James is a brilliant mechanic and their prices are very reasonable. As a single female I feel confident in their advice that James and Ken give and therefore I would highly recommend them.
An honest and fair group of true gents. They don't overcharge or create work that wasn't there and they'll give you an accurate mileage range til something needs replacing. They might even throw in a joke so you leave laughing!
Called up to ask about getting something repaired and the man on the phone was rude - sounded like he was annoyed I was calling him to ask in the first place. Not polite or professional whatsoever like the other reviews suggest. His price wasn't competitive either. Don't bother with this place - there are far more professional and better value local establishments in Folkestone.
Being resonably new in Folkestone, I needed a garage to sort, what I thought was an oil leak on my Mazda 6, I've always been sceptical of garages, but after reading some reviews on local garages, I booked it in with Cheriton Motor Co, what I thought would be an expensive fix, turned out to be a fuel leak that was repaired at a fraction of what I expected to pay. more recently, my wifes BMW turbo Charger failed, after talking to BMW (say no more), we desided to get an estimated quote from CMC, who gave us a break down on what parts would be required & labour, I'm happy to say that the work was carried out in excellent time & under CMC original quote. If like me, your sceptical of garages I'd give CMC a call, we found Ken & James to be professional, very easy to talk to & a pleasure to deal with.
