Brilliant! Not used before, so always a little nervous, but from the prompt and v reasonable quote to the flexible arrangements, it was a good start. Turns out that the main guy I spoke to and at reception, was v knowledgeable.
Car was a bit more problematic than usual, but no complaints, and the price paid was as quoted.
