Staffs were rude. I called them to check my prescription. I didn’t get a proper reply and spoke to me so badly .
I have always found the team here exceptionally helpful. They are often dealing with difficult prescriptions I know some problems are caused within the doctors surgeries missing bits off the orders made. I recommend them and I for one am grateful for all the work they do keeping me alive.
Shockingly badly run pharmacy, staff stressed, customers stressed, the main reason such bad waiting times and total chaos within the working environment. There is no structure whatsoever to this business, the staff are falling over each other, medications unpacked, medications lying in boxes having to be gone through to see who they belong to, I myself will have to take back medication as they are unsure what Mg I was dispensed, totally unacceptable and at worst dangerous. Taking into account I have only lived in the area 8 months and each collection has been a farce I took it upon myself to gather customers opinions. Now taking into account the current climate I was surprised to find that the pharmacy has an appalling record well before the pandemic, customers I spoke to for the most part all agreed and even worse accepted that this service was the norm at this particular branch but said it was their only option, I assured them it was not the case and that this branch was an exception to the rule. I will be reporting these findings to the NHS to follow up what I have and am presently experiencing.
This Lloyds pharmacy is appalling, have to use it to collect medication on behalf of someone else. Nomads have been wrong, medication not supplied, owed or refused to supply. Takes over 24hrs to check medication before they can be collected, for them to still be wrong.
Had to pay up front for a years delivery of medication and only delivered once in the past 5 months.
Staff are so rude, ignorant and dismissive face to face and on the phone, when they can be bothered to answer.
Manners cost nothing, but obviously
still too expensive for them here. Can't even wear their face masks properly, under
their nose.
Absolutely appalling service I've never once collected my prescription on time due to its either closed (for some unknown reason) or they can't hand it over because there is no pharmacist in. Its a chemist why wouldn't they be a pharmacist in? This place needs looking into as it's not fit for purpose
I’d give no stars if I could because the customer service here is appalling!! It’s an actual disgrace. Never using this pharmacy again. They can’t seem to get my anything right.
Think the elder ones there need to show at least one of the younger ones manners been going in there years never had a problem till lately and how come they are getting away with signing people's prescriptions isn't that fraud ?
Please save your time and go elsewhere. Unprofessional, waiting times are ridiculous. Staff have no customer service skills. Get more sense out of speaking to my sons pet rock.
