Great service from Katrina and Hayley in Waltons. My husband and I went in there yesterday, chose a Zanussi oven, delivered today. Staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Bought a television, in name and size a perfect replacment for my defunct TV. For this reason I/we did not inspect the inner machinations of the appliance in shop and took it home. On ringing the following morning to ask if there was any way I could increase the text size a gentleman who answered was rude and extremely unhelpful.
Joe & Katrina were really helpful. Very pleased with my new washing machine. They were equally helpful, and went above & beyond when my parent's chest freezer went belly up & needed a PDQ replacement.
