Oh my word. How had I never heard of this place!! It's quaint, not at all what I'd expect a sandwich bar to be but damn does the food make up for it. Forget your ham bap/barm/roll/teacake or your cheese salad, why not try their hot beef meltdown (today's delight) or Cajun chicken with chilli cheese, jalapenos and lettuce (my colleagues). Prices are on par with most other Sandwich shops that offer much less variation and excite for my taste buds!! Will definitely be coming back!!
**Update** decided to try a salad box, didn't get some of the staples but my box was still brimmed!! All this for £4 and fresh and tasty too
Amazing homemade food, lovely staff and real old school portions.
Fantastic selection of sandwiches made to order and great humour, love the place, I went today to pick up a sandwich to take back to St Andrews Church round the corner. Quick service and sandwich was really tasty.
The Sandwich Bar is the best place in Cleveleys to get a quick lunch. The staff are friendly and attentive, the food is delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the atmosphere itself is very old-worldly, in a comforting kind of way. It's like if you visit your grandparents for a brew and a piece of cake; homely.
Today, I had the BBQ chicken and cheese panini. It was absolutely fit to burst, and was served with a side salad and coleslaw. The only fault I had was that the salad was served in each of its separate components, rather than mixed together - i.e. onions, then lettuce, then cucumber, rather than it being mixed into a single homogenous dish - but this is personal preference, so I'm not going to knock a star from it. My dining partners had a prawn salad, which was huge, and a tuna mayo jacket potato. We were all thoroughly satisfied, and have made several trips to this establishment prior. In the future, we will make many more!

Delicious sandwiches, pleasant staff and a reasonable price for the quality and amount of food. They're not shy with the fillings, and everything tastes fresh and homemade. If you're looking for a bite to eat in Cleveleys, especially if you want something to grab and go, I'd happily recommend the Sandwich Bar.
