Extremely hard to get through to someone on the phone and no luck over email. It takes well over an hour and a potluck of how helpful they are. I've been waiting for bailiffs for 3 months now, chased multiple times and no one can tell me anything about when this nightmare situation will be over. The courts are so slow and broken - it's awful.
0 stars. They provide no information on paying court fees on their website. They do not reply to emails. If you call them you will be on hold for hours. The only time they picked up they said they would get someone to look into it and call me back. That didn't happen. My case is now going to be automatically closed because I can't pay the fee
Been trying to get through to them on the telephone to get basic information about getting deceleration witnessed. I need to know, I’m registered disabled, I do not want to go all the way there and find they can not do it.
Twice the telephone goes thru a menu and press buttons then disconnects. The third go tried different buttons, held in a queue, with annoying music and repeat announcements to go online.
I would like to praise Nicolette in clerkenwell court with 5 Stars. She deals with appointments. Nicolette is very helpful, supportive, lovely and great in assisting you with any issues in relation to your hearing or appointment. I had my hearing at clerkenwell and it was absolutely horrible experience . The judge never bothered to introduce himself and didn't even scrutinise the defendant deceptive practises at all. I was so disappointed as a litigant person you would have except better treatment and the judge to be understanding. I was left completely in disbelief... all the hardwork I have put into my case and all evidences I have provided....all completely dismissed and I was denied the option to appeal as well. 0 star for Judge Brafield ... Shambolic Service, Awful...
Clerkenwell & Shoreditch County Court gives no information regarding court hearing processes and possible fees required and I am now been told my claim will be struck off due to non court hearing trial payment.
This organization is a complete failure to the justice system and day-time robbery of people's money and effort. Instead of fighting a legal case, one must now also fight with the court itself to have them do the work they are paid to do by the everyday taxpayer.
Posting another review. I sent them a cheque for £275, but the fee was in fact £108, so I sent another cheque. They never returned the £275, they not only cashed it, they cashed the £108 as well. They have taken payments from me that they should not have. This might be fraud
This Court is the top-level of incompetence. Clerical errors from not providing judges submitted documents, changing the case status without justification, and not addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
Zero communication. There is no one at the end of the customer service line, just a recorded message. No response on emails either. Absolutely terrible service + anxiety inducing.
