Such a shame how downhill this place has gone following the change of ownership and management. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff backed up by an awful management team who seemingly go out of their way to make their customers' lives miserable. Having been coming here for years and years, we have now moved pharmacy following three consecutive issues that Clarke have given us. Truly despicable behaviour on our last visit; I wouldn't talk to my dog the way we were talked to. Do better.
Edit:
I don't know what happened with the new management, but they are giving patients' details to third parties without their consent.
Then, they claim they don't know how that happened, who these third parties are or how to contact them or how to stop them from contacting patients.
They also claim to not have an email address as a pharmacy.
Something very dodgy is going on.

A tad expensive, but all pharmacies are.
If you ask for recommendations, they usually are helpful.
Don't expect a super friendly vibe, but they're professional and get the job done.
They do offers on certain products from time to time.
The pharmacy is clean and presentable most of the time.
New owners/management and it’s really an unpleasant experience now. I’ve lived in the area for 13 and this is my local pharmacy. Kam and her team were lovely and helpful. Now everything is difficult plus it’s almost impossible to get through on the phone. Rings a few times and then cuts off. Hopeless.

Very nice pharmacy and amazing staff and pharmacist. She is incredible. She helped me so much during the lockdown, when I had my arm burnt with my oven and I got the wound infected- I could not see a doctor face to face, only by phone and the pharmacist was amazing and guided me how to take care of my wound and infection. She also supported me when learning how to use a breathing puffer. I feel so reassured with that team. They are amazing!
The service is so bad, a new manager and staffs are unhelpful and rude !
I reminded them for my medication to request 2 weeks in advance and when I went to collect my medication after 2 weeks they didn’t handed all of it !
I am having so much distress and hassle with them every month due to their lack of experience and helplessness.
They don’t give me right medication either !
Use to be a great little pharmacy but since it had been taken over the prices have gone up. The pharmacy is not as helpful and worst of all they're are NO prices on anything which is just strange and annoying
The business has changed hands. Apparently bought by guy called George. Asked for his surname and the name of the company. Didn’t get either. The service has gone downhill. The products I have been dispensed recently are poor quality. I have asked the GP to move my service to another pharmacy. Forced to as when I asked for a repeat prescription from Clarke Pharmacy they said they couldn’t do it. I have been using this shop for 20 years. I won’t be using them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
