Dangerous GP practice. Would recommend anyone who is registered here to transfer GP.
Unsafe, misinformed and rude.
I was told it is “unfortunate” that I was unable to get an appointment for a week and once finally able to speak to a GP was kindly given incorrect information.
This is the most recent issue not considering when I was pregnant the GP failed to contact on a planned telephone call appointment and the next day I was in hospital close to a stroke having my baby very prematurely. Should have sought legal action then as I was advised to but will definitely be doing this time.
This is not a service which I am happy to remain with and not a service I am happy for my child to be under.
I have reported this practice to the CQC and I encourage anyone else to also do so.
This Doctors is absolutely disgusting and the way we’re treated as patients is disgusting! The receptionist needs educating on how to treat people over the phone and they also need to understand us as patients don’t need to disclose anything with them before seeing the doctor. They speak to us like we’re nothing but soon as roles are reversed they hang up. This doctors surgery needs closing it hasn’t it’s own doctors hence why there’s never no appointments. Staff are vile!!! If you have mental health I would advise you to go anywhere but here.
My 3 year old daughter came here for her very first blood test, and the 2 ladies who did it were absolutely nothing short of amazing! I didn’t get their names, but they were the best we could have asked for, so friendly, made her feel so calm and relaxed and entertained her the whole time! Even better that they were so gentle she didn’t even flinch!! Thank you so much for making it a positive experience ????????
To get an appoimntment is disgusting over a week to get seen. what a joke pointless even having a GP... all i need is antibiotics for a throat infection.
Just want to say how lovely and friendly, Andrew the children in care nurse is, he came out to do a medical for the children that I look after, he was amazing!! He Engaged with the children and listened. Hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
I came down to the surgery and receptionist was very helpful and the nurse was very helpful too for my blood tests. Also the help you did today Wednesday 6th September sorting my husband Kevin prescription and the help our practice manager was very helpful and understanding.
The ladies on reception are always polite and helpful with anything ive needed which im very grateful for. The doctors and nurses I've seen so far have been thorough in their job and also kind an welcoming which eases the anxiety of going there with my health problems in the first place. Thankyou all
I've been waiting for my final appointment for over 2 years. I was due my final and 3rd appointment of my diagnosis this Friday, and 2 days before the appointment, I received a text saying appointment cancelled!? (No call to give me a considerate explanation, or to just generally rebook my appointment for another day) so I tried calling them, and like all the other times I've tried calling in the past. The phone gets ignored and put straight through to answering machine, with no one responding to the messages. So like any aggravated person would do, I call the urgent helpline, and they tell me the doctor has booked time off this week, so their having to reschedule appointments. Keeping in mind this appointment was book a month in advance, with no mention of anyone going on holiday. It's just an absolute shambles, which is ashame because the people I spoke to on the phone in my prior appointments were really nice, it's just their poor management and admin team letting them down.
I will be taking this higher up, if this appointment isn't rebooked soon.
