I met with Brian at Cambuslang Citizens Advice,Glasgow. I had various complex personal issues I wished to discuss with someone. I'm so very grateful to Brian,for listening and giving me various options of advice on how to deal,or approach my issues.

Got a call from citizens advice bureau cambuslang. First email and they said we are understaffed and can't help. Said contact ACAS so I did and they were very helpful. I emailed again citizens advice bureau and got email back asking for my address and contact number which replied back then I got call from citizens advice Glasgow and the lady that I spoke to was unbelievably rude and unhelpful and asking me stupid questions. Honestly very bad and poor customer service.
Always give out great advice and the staff are very friendly
Just spoke to the nicest lady at CAB! So friendly, so helpful! It's nice to be nice! Credit where credits due! Wish there were more like her! ????
