My driving job takes me many places around the UK and tonight I'm in Dundee, after looking some reviews of places to eat I decided to try Cinnamon as I really fancied an Indian, To be Honest from the outside it doesn't look great and needs redecorating inside but that's where the bad points finish, the you guy that served me was very friendly and efficient, the food, Chef's Balti Special was absolutely delicious, Well in my top 3 Balti Dishes I've had around the UK in the the last 15 years, If you live in Dundee then you truly have a Great Indian Restaurant, Well worth a visit if you ever stay in Dundee.
Great food served here. Good selection of curries to choose from. Staff is great and looks after all diner's. Well worth a visit to try the food here.
Nice people but very disappointed was recommended from a friend although she hadn't ordered from here in a while. Only way to describe the food was disgusting !! The bhuna looked like dirty dish water and had no taste at all my partner had a madras it was tastless but spicy. The pakoras were tastless chips were like frozen French fries out a freezer shop. What a waste of money !!
Lovely staff but sadly the Vegetable Thali just didn't cut it. The three supposedly " different," little curries all seemed have the same mushy sauce with little seasoning. It was all very bland. I also wonder if Cobra lager is just getting weaker and weaker or if it was somehow watered down.
Great quality food and the politest staff going! I would recommend trying this out of the way gem.

5 course dinner deal for £20 for 2 was awesome. There was 6 of us and we loved it. Food was lovely as was the service can't wait to go back. I highly recommend going here. xxx
Had a takeaway-both veg curry's were great and large portions. ????- Veg pakoras on the other hand were like small dry meatballs...over cooked and small portion. Pakora sauce watered down. Wouldn't buy again. Nan fine.
Would go back for their curry though.
