My husband has been a patient here for years and I transferred when moving to Hetton. Very friendly surgery! Laura is such a lovely dentist! Both my hubby and myself are a bit nervous visiting the dentist but she makes us feel very comfortable! Highly recommend
These dentists are proper mint like.
The lasses behind the desk are super friendly and really do anything they can to help. The dental assistants are great and know exactly where to aim that sucker thingy, every where else I’ve been I nearly drowned these girls are proper skilled. The dentist guys are amazing too they really know what they are doing and have super steady hands, what’s even more impressive is everything they do is pain free and strangely soothing, I nearly fell asleep last week while getting a deep clean.
Don’t hesitate to use these guys they are awesome xxx
Been a patient of this practice for over 20 years, seen multiple dentists within the practice and every time the service has been exceptional. All staff members from the receptionists to the dental nurses are friendly, welcoming and professional.
Always a pleasant visit here. Reception always friendly. Had two procedures in recent years. Mr Thompson who was fantastic and more recently Phoebe who performed an extraction today. She explained everything very well and had an excellent manner about her. These sort of experiences make all the difference.
One of the best Dentist Practices I had over the years. Polite kind staff and good quality care. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely amazing! Booked my daughter (who has ASD and is terrified of the dentist) an appointment, along with my 3 other children. On arrival reception staff were very friendly. meeting the dentist and dental nurse my daughters felt completely at ease. My oldest (the one with ASD) had everything that would happen and why explained to her in detail, so there were no surprises. After treatment the Dentist took time again to explain everything that had been discussed with regards to referral to my daughter. All in all a very positive experience for all girls and I would highly recommend to others.
Muniza is such a lovely, caring and understanding dentist and I appreciated the appointment I had with her today. She listened to my worries and and never rushed me, i would definitely recommend seeing Muniza :) I had phoned for an emergency appointment and was thankfully seen the next day :)
Always very helpful and friendly. Helen on reception is always lovely when you go in. The dentists and assistants are great they don't hurry you in and out.
