Really nice place on the high street. We went for breakfast. My partner had the veggie one and had the classic. Very good.
Been here a few times, always made welcome by the friendly staff, great menu and great coffee.
The best burger I have ever had and the chips are a good size and you get plenty, the coleslaw is a bit meh but the ketchup you get is delicious and very moreish great little place
Really nice lunch today here ; food was top quality and well presented. Only visited Lincoln for the day but if we return , would definitely eat here again.
Look, not trying to be a Karen but here’s where you’ve lost my custom. I order breakfast, I get cold beans. I say I’m not trying to be that guy but can I get some hot beans, don’t even need to clear them off my plate. Proceed to get fresh beans completely steaming like lava, wasn’t able to eat them after 10 mins as still burn to the mouth hot and I had to go work. Mentioned it to the server, she was just uninterested in general and said nothing in reply… paid anyway as that’s the right thing to do. Just tiring, taking things personally. poor service. Won’t give you 1 star because I don’t think the place is bad. Disappointed.
Always a favourite place to go when out shopping as a family. Traditional English restaurant with plenty of vegetarian options at reasonable prices. Cheerful staff, comfortable seating, clean, fast service.
Nice food, reasonably priced. Coffee OK but pouring cream with coffee would have been nicer than milk.
I love coming here for a nice meal in the afternoon with my partner, the food is great quality and always filling. As far as im aware this is the only proper English cafe in lincoln and being in here feels like im back down south in one of the regulars
