I agree with the previous reviewer; they shout your personal information out. It’s a tiny place so they don’t need to shout to get your attention when you’re right in front of them and a maximum of 3 people can stand there.
The lady was asking a man some very personal questions about his condition and although I couldn’t hear what the man said, I could see that he was getting embarrassed every time she loudly repeated what he had said to her.
It took them almost half an hour to hand me a tube from the shelf and were serving their regulars as soon as they came in over me.
I was appalled at the chats between themselves as if they’re on a break. Literally standing there doing nothing but gazing at each other as they talked and laughed.
The service here is really abysmal. If you’re looking for “Normal” “Professional” service or just service that’s at least HALF decent, then go elsewhere.
Save your time by avoiding this pharmacy. Firstly, they frequently lack the prescriptions you require. Additionally, their customer service is subpar, as they often discuss confidential information loudly. It's concerning that they operate without ethical standards. I strongly advise against using this pharmacy for any prescriptions.
there's no more time to waste in this pharmacy .The service at this pharmacy is so bad .the staff behind the counter lack professionalism. They should learn manners and take cues from reputable pharmacies like Boots.
Terrible service they don’t answer phones you can try all day and the wait time is so bad too
Great little Pharmacy. I have been coming here for years, even after I moved from the local area. I have never had a bad experience at this pharmacy. Shocked to read the negative reviews people have put on here. I actually brought up these reviews with the pharmacist and pharmacy manager, as I couldn’t believe it. They had a genuine and viable explanation for each bad review. They were not to blame for most, if not all, of the bad reviews. I couldn’t believe how easy it was for people to post such incorrect negative information and reviews. Don’t believe the silly negative reviews here. People are to quick to judge and post negative comments, especially around matters they don’t understand or know anything about really. Typical keyboard warriors and armchair experts on matters they know little or nothing about. The staff are professional, polite and efficient. Keep up the good work guys and don’t be disheartened by these negative comments and reviews.
I have given this Pharmacy a 4* only because it's been difficult to get hold of them by telephone sometimes. However, the overall service has been great and staff are extremely friendly and helpful and continue to provide a great service.
Terrible service, got a referral to speak to the pharmacist and text message that I could ring pharmacy. When ringing the pharmacy spoke to Neil Nahar was told any pharmacist could ring but would not give the name of the HCP whom would ring me. Would not give the name of the pharmacist ringing me in the afternoon. This I find very poor because as this does open up questions of fraud calls to my number/ data protection of randomly speaking to anyone. You need to address this as I asked several times for the name but was not given the pharmacist name.
Me and my family use this pharmacy nearly 5 years and now last few months ago I changed my pharmacy because of there recipient behaviour I ask her to how we much need to wait for medicine for my husband because she was busy to packing of other medicine for those people who was not there so I ask her about medicine she feel like why I disturb her to ask medicine she said did you call for medicine I said yes when she brings medicine she said you don’t ask on the phone that medicine ready,then I told her maybe I misunderstand her then she behave really rude and put medicine on the counter before I finish my apology.i will go head to change my whole family pharmacy from this pharmacy because of her behaviour.otherwise Pharmecy other peoples are very nice ????. Thank you so much.but very disappointed with that lady behaviour.
