Have been absolutely gagging for some battered sausage and chips as I haven't had it in about 9 years. In a nut shell bought when they opened at 5 food wasn't even made, sausaged wasn't crispy crispy batter it was "crispy" out side flourey on the inside and sausage was small and bla. Chips dry and cold.

Great food for the very reasonable price. Friendly staff too.

Visiting the area, fancied fish & chips but didn't want to drive to the seaside. Great service, well priced and delicious. Would recommend!

Friendly little chippy. Chatted to the owner who ensures only chips are cooked in the chip oil, fish in the fish oil, etc which is great for people with onion intolerance (no onion rings cooked in that oil). Food was classic fish and chips just as you remember it!

Awful, young lady serving has an attitude problem, cash only and when come back from getting cash he had 'sold my order' and said he has no chips left, never had a chippy run out of chips! Looked awful anyway. There is a much better chippy in Bovey Tracy, use that one..

Good value, huge portions, good banter and reasonable Fish & Chips. A real traditional old Chippie.
