1st time visiting Chocoberry Cafe, really nice chilled atmosphere, luving the Interior & Combo of pistachio colours, Food was Authentic & Fresh, customer service spot on , nice Family place in Blackburn , GööD Tö see nice Competition
Ordered the special waffle and kinder Bueno milkshake and it did not disappoint. Very generous with the toppings and chocolate on the waffle. But the milkshake was a bit to thin and felt like I was just drinking milk.
Very disappointed. Travelled half an hour to pick up desserts for the family and spent £30 in total. Was told it would take 15/20 mins. It took 45 mins and when I got home with the desserts the cookie doughs were burnt! Rock solid and not edible! Spent £7 each on them which was really not worth it. Never had cookie dough like this in my life and will never be going again.
The kinder bueone milkshake was so tasty MashaAllah... Everything we ordered was deliciously tasty MashaAllah. Nutella strawberry crepe n a waffle was so yummy my children loved it and jazakillah khair so much to server Hannah for being so attentive and kind
Staff was Courteous and friendly. Place is clean and simple. Not over the top trendy and upbeat nor is it dull and industrial. A good balance. Placed the order for waffles, took forever for service . Considering the place was virtually empty, I don't understand how and why it would take so long. Took more than 30 minutes to get my order when there were only two more people in the restaurant.
When the order came through, it was very good quality, certainly better than some of the competitors in the area, but there is no waffle in the world worth that kind of wait.
Very nice atmosphere, milkshakes and desserts are tasty. The crew is very nice and helpful. Parking available need registration after parking at the cafe entrance.
The place is quite beautifully decorated and has lots of seating however I would complain of the size of writing on the electronic menus, I find them to be rather small and left me unable to know what I want. This problem however was solved when coming to the counter and paper copies being available, but it’s not a convenient option at busy times. As I placed my order the waiter was kind and gave me time so it wasn’t too bad however when we seated at our table we found their to be old coffee mugs still at the table. I understand there was maybe a rush but the sparse population of customers made it seem otherwise. We waited around 10 minutes before our food was served which is an appropriate time so we didn’t mind however we did have to ask for our table to be cleaned. The food arrived but the cutlery arrived 5 minutes later which wasn’t particularly great. We ordered an original crepe and although it wasn’t amazing the portions were fitting but it did taste a little stale. We also ordered a terry chocolate orange dessert which unfortunately seemed store brought and wasn’t as good as we anticipated. The drinks were equally as disappointing with tasting like syrup and little bit of 7up. I wouldn’t really recommend this place as it cost as around £25.00 and didn’t seem worth it but I guess if you like cute instagramable places and don’t really eat this is your place.
Ordered off Uber eats . They forgot half my order so delivery driver had to go back . They sent strawberry and chocolates that looked nothing like the pic. And they were £7! And then coz they forgot my order, my icecream was melted to vanilla water . Won’t order again
