Been registered here nearly 3 years, got the letter confirmed that i registered there. When i need appointment to see the doctor and they said i’m not registered there. Very rubbish and the staff talking very rude. Not recommend here????????????
The worst surgery I ever seen in my life. Staff is just lazy they just come job to make money they don’t even care about patients. I tried to call them for an appointment as they open 9:00 o’clock so I straight away call them after waiting 35 mints the lady says all appointments are booked now will they explain how many appointments they gives in 1 day. It’s just a lame excuse for not to work.
1 star is being too generous. I have been signed to here for 7 months and have yet to see an actual face to face GP. On top of that I've now been told for 4 weeks by my midwife that a prescription will be sent to the pharmacy for me.and all 4 times I've tried to collect I have been told the surgery have no sent it across. My hospital then asked to speak personally to the surgery to which the surgery replied the GP can only confirm prescription if he sent an email by the patient to which both my midwife and hospital said is utter b*ll. I've stood in the reception and waited a good 10 minutes to be be acknowledged while staff arrnaged their Friday night plans. I am disgusted at their customer service and their lack of professional attitude towards people's health. I am now 39 weeks pregnant and 5 weeks without my medication.
I am disgusted by this practice, I have been trying to book an appointment for my gran since Monday (9/5/22)can never get a appointment. Everytime I ring they tell me appointments are booked. This is when I ring at 8 and wait for almost half an hour to an hour then being told to ring at 4 just to hear the appointments are booked. I don,t understand how the practice runs with one doctor on call. would not recommend at all.

This surgery is a joke I have been trying to get an appointment for the last week however when I eventually get through the receptionist says they are fully booked and to call back at 4. I have been doing this for the last 4 days but have had no luck. How can a GP practice run like this an absolute shambles.
EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!! I am so angry. No help whatsoever. I am calling and it says the surgery is now closed when it’s 1pm on a business day! I even went to the GP Physically and explained that I was having problems but no one helped me still. They asked me to go online and fill in a form but the website does not progress me to the next step even when I have filled in all the information correctly! Is it because this surgery is located in Handsworth why the service is this bad? People in other areas get better service at their GP. This is not fair, I am angry!!!!!!
Dr Chitre is the worst GP in Birmingham. I have been trying to book an appointment from last week never get it. Every time I ring them, they tell me fully booked call back at 4.would not recommend at all

Its nearly impossible to get an appointment, trying for last four days 9 am and then 4 pm, Every time I call I'm either in a queue for a long period of time then to be told no appointments left!! Not been able to see a doctor since 2021!and even then it was a nightmare.how can u diagnose someone over the phone!
