I had bad experience visiting for my regular booked check up on 06 March 2023
I was 10 minutes late for my blood test and I was turned around at the reception by receptionist Ms Anna Raczkowska. She didn't check with the nurse if she can seeing me then she asked me to leave.
I don't believe she should work in NHS as a receptionist at the front desk to Communicat with the patients.
For West4GPs, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The centre is well lit and clean. I never had to wait long for my appointment. I had a good experience!
After three months of living in London, we had a chance to meet Dr. Lewis. She was very kind, personable and did an incredible job talking to my 7 year old son. She explained the medication to me, how to retrive it and provide a insight into the future if a dosage needed to increase. She gave my son over 30 minutes of her attention and even tested his Pokemon knowledge.
Honestly, I was worried about this visit and NHS as a whole but after spending time with Dr. Lewis, I am honestly excited to see her again. She was really wonderful.
Parking is an issue. Permit holder only and restricting parking on time and pay display tariffs. High costs for parking.
The practice has no parking available. There's only 1 lift in the whole building. Not much food options or social places within walking distance. Uber is pricey due to the location. Public transport to the practice requires a tiring walk into the practice.
Ok practice! Very clean inside. Nice garden to sit in when waiting for consultations.
The only advice I'd give is that the social prescribers are unhelpful, degrading and patronising with their tone, language they use and the fake promises. Network staff just tick a box for money and have no common sense on how to deal with things.
Decent facilities but I hope I live to see Fishers Lane reopen.
