Entrance reminded me of a taxi office! But, food was fantastic! Did takeaway one week, had a home delivery a couple of weeks later. All piping hot in opening, at home.

Recently ordered half a duck, the amount that turned up was questionable. This week I got just 1/4 duck and there was literally a teaspoon amount of meat, the rest was just burnt and uneatable. A couple of poor experiences mean I'll be taking my custom elsewhere.
Ordered a meal for delivery this evening. Egg fried rice was missing on arrival. Telephoned. Originally offered that a rice would be sent out. That would not have worked as the rest of the meal would be cold. Then offered a refund for the rice only with no compensation. Finally offered a fresh meal to be delivered which we are still awaiting half hour later. Still no compensation for inconvenience and poor service Extremely unsatisfactory. I am a regular customer.
We tried this takeaway and all I can say is WOW! I am counting down the days until we can order again. The food is fresh, the taste is amazing and the service was brilliant. Was told 40-45min wait, was here in 30. Super helpful on the phone and it’s the 1st time in a long time we have had a delivery where it has smelled as good as it tasted! Thank you so much :)
Went to order from this restraunt and in the end didn't bother ! The person on the phone was an incredibly rude English man. With apparently no customer service skills. By the time I'd got to the end of the order I was so fed up with talking to to him I cancelled it and decided to order from somewhere else. Didn't bother to confirm my address, one word blunt answers. Very disappointed
0 taste, totally bland. Everything that was fried was dry. Duck was fatty and not tender. Chicken balls were chewy. Chips were solid and felt like the dregs. Pork was tough. Sauces are runny and just all round tastless. Very disappointing.
