Always good advice, always what's best for the customer, always very reasonable prices. This is that one in a million properly good car garage that you can trust. Been sending all my friends and relatives here for years now, and they always get looked after. The only reason I don't use them myself is because I have a company car these days - I wish I'd known about this garage back in the days when I had old cars!
Wow. Brilliant. Don't be deterred by the appearance of the place because the staff here are superb. Just park on the road outside and they will sort it.
Thursday morning and the glass fell out of my driving mirror on way to hospital visit. Phoned garage at 11am, new glass ordered and fitted by 4pm on my return. Try getting that service at a dealership!

I have used this garage in many occasions over the years and I have never been disappointed. Last week when my car failed MOT test on high emission reading (and a few light bulbs) at a different MOT Testing garage (I could not get a full servicing and MOT time slot that would suit me with Chilwell MOT & Service Centre, they are so busy), without a second thought, I drove it to this garage hoping to secure a time slot for repair works as early as possible the same week. Ali took my car in and completed all the work that was needed to rectify the issues there and then. This was not something I was expecting given the fact that this is a very popular and busy garage. My car passed the MOT test within two hours of failing the first one and I was relieved from the potential inconvenience of not having a car for a few days. Understanding customer's need and helping as best as they can, this garage has proven time and again how good they are in what they do. Always professional and customer-focused, the guys who work in this garage are genuinely helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone to use this garage!
Just gone in to see if they could fix a tyre puncture right then right there and I was dealt with immediately, the car was ready in 30 minutes, proper customer service, friendly staff, saved my day, I can use the car to go to work tomorrow, well done and thanks again.
