We were passing, while on the look out for somewhere to eat, and we'd already heard good things about the food here, so we decided to give it a go. The food is excellent ????. We tried a burrito, two pieces of crispy chicken (as a meal, with fries and a drink), six wings (with BBQ sauce) and mozzarella sticks. Everything was lovely. The coating on the crispy chicken was really tasty (a world away from KFC), and the BBQ sauce was nothing like the thick, overly sweet stuff that you get in way too many places. We'll definitely be coming back ????
Food and service are excellent. I asked if they did breaded wings and they didn't, but they custom-made some for me which was very kind of them. Wings themselves were juicy, flavorful and crispy. If the wings are anything to go by, then the chicken-pieces will be great as well. Highly recommend!
When we unwrapped the chicken it was so cold that it could not have been warm in the first place. The garlic bread was so soggy it felt like a moist sponge. I cannot comment on the quality of the fries as they forgot to include both of the fries portions in our 1/2 chicken meal deal. Not coming here again and I do NOT recommend.
Popped in after watching a gig at the nearby Moonshine Club, just had a 2 piece meal, the chicken was lovely, nice and tender, the coating was nice and crispy with a wonderful flavour. Fries were also nice and the whole lot was way better than KFC. Recommended.
I can’t understand how this place has 5 stars. First, we had to wait long for our order to be taken and it took more than 30 minutes for our order to come. The chicken wrap was ok but the chicken pieces were bad - soggy inside and tasteless, we couldn’t eat at all. Garlic bead was burnt. Really disappointed!
I would like to add that the owner didn’t charge us for chicken pieces after we complained.
I bought my boyfriend and his friends to this chip shop after a long night out full of karaoke, we all bonded with the staff throughly and carried on our wonderful night with arms full of well seasoned chips, all types of chicken & as many sauces as we required. This restaurant in Southsea has fulfilled our drunk night out. We thank your establishment greatly, many thanks,

Excellent take on takeaway fried chicken, extremely well cooked and amazingly seasoned. Beer served from ice chilled glasses. Very happy with this, would recommend.
A great atmosphere, awsome staff, tasty Natural Juice.
And The Best fried chicken I had in town.
Highly recomended.
