We ordered a veggie burger and wings and a chicken burger.
We specifically asked for no mayo on my veggie burger, and the man serving confirmed it. However, when we received it, there was mayo. We returned it and asked for one with no mayo, and they gave us the same burger but with the mayo scraped off!
Imagine if I'd had a serious egg allergy! Not acceptable at all.
The burger itself was okay, my friend said the wings were pink and nto nice, but the chicken burger was fine. The tables were clean and the staff friendly, but for real, allergies are serious. Please don't take risks like that!

I ordered food via JustEat for food at BurgerShack (not sure why I am receiving food from chick filler then) . I made a note on the app that i am allergic to mayo so therefore PLEASE DO NOT PUT MAYO. To ensure there was no mayo i called the restaurant which was very unpleasant. The incompetent women said “its already on the notes” and then rudely hung up on me. I received mayo drenched in my burger and when i called the restaurant they would not pick up. ( I called over 200 times). The restaurant is absolutely awful and their staff need to be replaced.
Found feather in my chicken burger!. Was eating my chicken fillet burger when I felt something hard in my mouth, took it out and it was a feather does this mean I win some sort of reward. Maybe free chicken for a year or cash reward ????

My favourite shop ever. I love chick filler wood green. The staff are so nice and friendly. The chicken is ALWAYS fresh. Thank you for being the best chicken shop ever !!!
Today I went to buy a regular chicken burger the quality is very nice but just a burger is so expensive last week it was 3.50 but now it's 5.49 which is not good they increased 2 pound in only one week please reduce it
Staff need training. Chicken is almost always undercooked. Especially the wings. Do not even bother getting delivery or takeaway as it will always take forever despite the size of the order and once it arrives the chips will be stale. Are they just refrying the same old chips all day?
Will definitely be leaving an inquiry on the gov.co.uk to get this place checked out as the practices are most definitely not within guidelines.
Do not waste your time going here, unless you want food poisoning and your time to be wasted.
