The take away food is homemade and bio.
Sad to say that the owner has an unpleasant attitude towards clients and the staff, not really client service oriented.

I do not argue about the reason. Indeed as a owner of a little shop I totally understand the importance of not wasting food, it is a daily struggle for a business. As a customer I clearly felt disconcerted by the attitude which always makes the difference. I certainly would have made an effort. Again, this is customer perception. Hope this will help in the future.
Très jolie petite épicerie découverte par une application d'anti gaspillage, acceuil très sympathique et très chaleureux, il y a beaucoup de produits en vrac (j'entend sans emballages vous prenez les vôtres), le petit point négatif c'est comme elle se trouve dans le nouveau quartier derrière l'arrêt du M2 et que les personnes extérieur au quartier ne savent pas qu'elle existe malheureusement à moins d'y avoir été une fois! Moi en tout cas j'y retournerai
Bon endroit pour trouver des bons produits de la région! Petite espace de convivialité dans le nouveaux quartier ou on peut apprécier un bon café dans un espace tranquille! Employé très sympha! Par contre les prix sont légèrement plus cher que dans les commerces habituels!

Beyond the shop and cafe, the main draw here is the neighbourhood itself, a meticulously planned eco-neighbourhood with a mixture of high rent luxury apartments and subsidised housing, often in the same building.
Chez Lauren is surrounded by little garden plots tended by the children of (formerly) poor immigrant families under the loving guidance of elderly established Swiss.
Visitors to Lausanne should really go on a few extended walks to really take it in, and walking to our at least through Les Fiches Nordes, with a stop at Chez Laurène belongs on the itinerary.
J’apprécie cette épicerie pour ses produits locaux et il y a des jolis et bons produits qui font toujours plaisir à offrir.
