Friendliest and best quality produce in the country not just Fife. I take his goods to my folks on the West of Scotland, from where it travels as far south as Ipswich. We're all fussy and have been brought up on the best quality money could buy...there's so much my dad won't eat and mum isn't fit enough to make them from her local butcher meat, I talked him into trying one of Cheynes award winning steak pies and for ages I've had to do pie runs... THEY REACT AMAZINGLY TO BEING FROZEN TOO!
Pork and apple burgers, their own recipe.... My mum, brothers and wife don't like pork, but can't get enough of them. Also his lamb and mint grill steaks are must haves... the attention to flavour in all his own specialties, because that's what they are, mean you shouldn't be afraid to experiment and give things a try.
Special staff, in a special wee butchers. I'll miss you when I leave but I won't be a stranger 250 mile round trips just to go to the butchers tells you how amazing this place is !

The pies are great. The burgers are very good. Overall a good take away and grocery store.
Just like to give a shout out to the best butcher in North East Fife. Turkey Joint and Steak pies purchased over the Festive Period were the best as usual.
Just roasted a chicken from Cheynes and it was delicious. Reminded me of the chickens we used us eat nearly 60 years ago. Their meat is always really good.
Top quality produce you have to try the Roast Ham, Pork Sausages and the Potted Haugh they are the best you will get anywhere well worth a visit.
The highest quality butcher for miles around! Such friendly service too.
