Been twice in a row on 2x consecutive nights, enjoyed both times. The garlic and chilli sauce with chicken is excellent.
Definitely my new Chinese takeaway treat.
I have used this Chinese takeaway since it opened but tonight I received my delivery cold and tasteless, I phoned them and they told me it’s under new management and are busy so just stick it in the microwave????.
I asked if it was the same chef and she said yes but I do not believe this as the chowmein
Was awful and I get it every week and immediatly could see it wasn’t the same.
I’m annoyed and dissapointed and won’t be using them again.
Amazing food, amazing people.
If there's an oopsie with the order, it is resolved. Cannot recommend this place enough.
I have tried lots of local Chinese takeaways and Cheungs is the only one whose food is as good as the restaurants, especially their Sweet and Sour Chicken. I won't go anywhere else now
Ordered hot and sour soup special fried rice ,chips and curry sauce.
Soup was reasonable,the chips were refried frozen from a packet ,items.
The chicken and pork pieces in the rice were very dry
The curry sauce was like all the other Chinese curry sauces.
This was the first time trying this takeaway and it will be my last!
The food is usually lovely but it was not good this weekend. I think they might have new owners as the original owners weren’t there.
After trying 5 different Chinese takeaways over 8 years and being dissatisfied with all of them I was looking for somewhere new to take my business to. Well, from walking into the reception area and being greeted to the speed of getting my food I felt I might be onto a winner! However, the food was more than I expected! The vegetable spring rolls were to die for, the prawns in the special fried rice were the tastiest I had ever had, and so on!!! Thank you Cheung's Kitchen, looking forward to seeing you again soon.
Brilliant food and service. Will definitely be back for more! Homan especially really made my day.
