I've been taking my Skoda automatics here for years and I've always felt that they've given me the time of day. They are very welcoming and I never feel they are trying to bamboozle me with technical jargon. They discuss the issues and quote up any work before hand. They offer advice and nothing seems too much trouble. They also always seem to fit me in and say to 'nip over' and they'll have a quick look at it. The woman on reception is always very helpful over the phone. They recently couldn't do the work on my automatic Skoda as it needed a software update that only a main dealer could do unfortunately which I was gutted about. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back with future cars! A great service from all ????

First time i’ve used chesterfield vw specialist but it wont be the last.took my tiguan in because of a number of lights that had come on the dash and a drop in power,they soon found the fault(turbo actuator)and now the car feels great,big thanks to the team and that includes julie on reception she was a big help,great work guy’s ????
