This dentist is great. I had a procedure today and I felt really anxious and the dentist really made me feel better and checked in with me, she was very sweet. Always friendly staff and a nice environment.
Ive been visiting this dentist practice for 4 years, I used to have pride in my white teeth but since using this dentist this pride has diminished. I had a crown that broke in half, I visited the dentist and was told that even though the crown had lasted 7 years more than expected they would leave it because it caused no pain. 2 months later it fell out. I went back was saw by YET ANOTHER dentist (as they NEVER have a consistent dental team;) who looked into my mouth and took 1 minute to tell me that the root can now be removed and I would have a gap in my mouth, I left distressed. I decided to visit my previous dentist for a second opinion. I was told that I needed a course of treatment and she would happily rebuild my tooth. I won't be returning to this practice the dentist have terrible bedside manner and are NOT trying to save your teeth.
By the way ALL my treatment bar white fillings is on the NHS. my opinion is that; Saving teeth is not the priority at this practice.
The receptionists are lovely though..
Went there today for the first time. Was very nervous as I really don't like the dentist. I was made to feel very at ease thank you all for being so kind. Not worried about going back for my next appointment.
I would highly recommend this practice for anxious patients. I took my 5 year-old daughter for sedation treatment. The whole team was very professional, friendly and understanding. My daughter felt very comfortable during the whole procedure. Took 10 minutes and finished with everything. Thank you very much for the professionalism! Highly appreciated!
Friendly receptionists, and can’t fault the dentist/dental nurses. Only ever had check ups so can’t really comment on anything else. Most recent dentist was Yusuf and he was really good if you are a nervous patient.
SHOCKING TREATMENT, 4 months of tooth , throat and ear pain for a straight forward filling , when I called to say I’m in constant pain after my filling I was told ,don’t worry that particular dentist who treated me won’t be coming back again ,TERRIBLE treatment and aftercare. I had to go to an emergency dentist as i was in excruciating pain after my awful treatment , X-ray showed irreversible nerve damage and infection ,and I now have to get that tooth extracted .
Simon is amazing, I was dreading my daughters appointment today as I was unsure how she would react with her treatment as she has autism and panics a lot due to being in different places. Simon was brilliant made her feel so relaxed that she actually finished all her treatment in one go! He has an amazing way with children and nervous patients trust me I’m one of them ... best dentist I have ever seen and I’m looking forward to actually having a filling my self ! ???????? Go see him guys his honestly the best around
I back home very angry after my son appointment with the dentist this morning, the dentist she is around 50 years old to be clear which one I’m talking about , she was so impatient and very cold as a dentist dealing with 7 years old boy that he is so scared to open his mouth for the checkup, also her way of communication not friendly at all
An African man with her in the room was taking the blood pressure of my son, but the child moves sometimes which is normal, so the man wasn’t happy at all about that, I was surprised to find him asking me : is your son autism ? I said why? He said because he keeps moving,
I said my son is not autism and most of the kids when they go to the dentist they feel uncomfortable and they keep moving,
Hope the manager reading this, please tell me if this is notmal? For me it’s not
Anyway never again dealing with this dentist
