Rude phone call when I asked if my prescription was ready, I'm new to the area. I was abruptly told they didn't have it before even giving my name. Shocking service for folks on repeat medications.

This pharmacy doesn't even deserve 1 star. Pharmacy staff member scare mongering a new dad trying to buy some medicine for his child as suggested by a consultant.

Do not use this chemist and do not allow Honor Oak to send your prescriptions here. I had a refill prescription sent here without my knowledge in January. In April, 4 months later, they allowed it to be collected by someone who is not me, who claimed an exemption, and now the NHS is fining me £100. They refused to tell me who collected the prescription and said they had no proof of who collected it. They should have sent the prescription back after a month but they allowed it to be collected 4 months later. Personally, I think they probably claimed that I collected it to get the money.
