If I could rate -10 I would picked up my order as delivery would take to long the guy who served me was very rude. Got home to realise half my order was missing. What I did have wasn't even cooked my chicken burger was still PINK !!!!! and my cheesy chips where still frozen in the middle. I am a chef how hard is it to cook a chicken burger in a fryer The place looked dirty and grubby obviously never heard of cleaning the staff where using there hands to pick up frozen meat and then they were ripping apart lettuce may I add they didn't even wash their hands if this place doesn't scream food poisoning I don't know what does. He is horrible vile person I've told me friends and family to never order again and they have all had problems when I called to speak to him he told me I was liyng and hung up I've contacted food hygiene about this as I would hate for someone to get food poisoning I've heard such bad reviews on this place like how they have rats out the back etc but decided I would get my own opinion what a waste of £40 on food never again ill stick to cooking my own. Honnestly believe the things people say about this place its disgusting
A clean restaurant that is worth a visit. The taste of food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. They have everything. The owner of the restaurant is very friendly. I advise you to visit them and try the delicious taste, number one in Wales.???????????????????????????????? It differs from all the restaurants that I have tried. Thank you ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Considering the price of the food we was expecting something decent. Cold, thin, really dry chips, glad my was covered in liquid cheese as otherwise I couldn’t have eaten them. We had a steak wrap, chicken sub and churros. Really low quality meat, all seemed processed, all just soggy gloopy rubbish. Never go there again
If I could give 0 stars I would. Half a order missing. 2nd order in a row with issues. No option other (refused to re cook the meal or provide any other solution) than a credit note from Uber for refund. If you’re ordering from this franchise I’d recommend a back up plan in the likelihood that half your order is missing or arrives a couple of hours after the agreed slot. Now having to source a second meal after a long day travelling.
Food was lovely, everything was cooked to perfection. The young girl who served me was very kind, polite and helpful. I had the cheese sauce on chips and it was lovely, will definitely be returning.
Unfortunately what a mess, I don't mind spice, but I had the steak burger, my mouth is on fire. My Mrs, had the chicken burger it was like jelly. Almost more jelly than breast. Plus soggy as they come. She has nothing but cheese and burger work that out.???? Then the chips. The only crunch is where they are under cooked. Overall a massive disappointment. My dog won't eat it. Literally, he won't.
Fries were luke warm and soggy. Bit overpriced for what it is too. £19 for two burritos and seasoned fries. Personally wouldn't order again.
The food was really really nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. I got the southern fried burger with the cheesy chips and smoked wings. Iv never eaten at a fast food restaurant this good!
