This is my go to fried chicken takeaway. Great halal fried chicken for taste, size, and price. The uncle who owns the shop is very nice also. The shop itself looks run down but that doesnt matter to me.
This picture was when we ordered 11pc fried chicken (We got 11 and didnt wait for the photo) last night after I moved away from Gorgie. I recommend it to anyone ????
Small, kinda run down shop, but the chicken is top notch. If you like fried chicken you have to try this place, as good as anywhere I've tried up to date. The gents running the show are top blokes, friendly as they come, with reasonable prices
Better than expected. We asked for diet coke and they sent us full fat. Chicken was good quality. The coating is a bit too salty, not too much of a problem for me as I'm a big salt fan.
I just went to this shop. We are staying here for one day, and this is the worst food place I have ever visited. The food has zero taste, there is no time management, and the hygiene is lacking. It's such a disappointment to have a restaurant like this in Edinburgh. As a tourist, I am very disappointed to have food like this.
Absolutely delicious. Mild peri peri is still hot peri peri but we loved every single bite. Chips a little bit dry but not soaked in grease are good. Still the whole experience was very enjoyable. My taste buds were very happy.

Amazing food by Boss Man. Spiced up the food really nicely. Affordable and tasty and gives you quick options. Really appreciate.
For the past year we have ordered from here at least twice a month. Won't be doing it anymore!!!
Every single time we have ordered something was missing, either a juice, some chips or fried chicken. Once we also received a completely wrong order.
We kept ordering from here as food is not bad (nothing special but for the price, it's actually ok) and it's cheap. But mistakes happened too many times. Tonight the same, the forgot a juice. Last time ever we order from here.
As food we order it's stuff we can get from the chippy too, next time we'll order from there and it won't take more than 1 hour to deliver fried stuff!
