Me and my husband came to the area for a delivery and visited this place by chance. The owners are so welcoming and the service is excellent. They have seating arrangements and quality fish and chips, not soggy but crisp???????? and affordable. Definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you Zaynab and team
Needed a chip shop that had seating so it ticked that box. Food cooked to order. The fish was excellent but the staff either couldn't understand my Yorkshire accent or their English wasn't that good. Very pleasant staff though I did have to laugh that although there were two tables to sit at if you wanted salt and vinegar then you had to keep asking over the counter for it as they only seemed to have one set in the whole chippy. It must be a bit rough in Cheadle if they can't let the salt and vinegar out of their sight for fear of it getting nicked.
Worst mushy peas EVER. Totally inedible. Chips were ok, and the fish was good, hence 3 stars. If we'd have been eating in I would've complained about the peas. A total waste of money.
By far the best chippy round here, staff are absolutely lovely, very clean and lots of choices on the menu to suit everyone. Always hot fresh food an really generous portions. Fast service and exceptional customer service would definitely recommend trying here, lovely family run business ????????
Excellent food, superb customer service.
Portions were more than enough. Went in with family and ate inside, clean and tidy place and good pricing.
Food was fine, however, the wait was ridiculous, I wondered if they had gone to catch some cod for me...
We had food from another takeaway too, which was then tepid because of the wait here. We didn't expect such a wait at a fish bar so naturally ordered the other food to collect first, silly mistake.
Great food and service. Came all the way to Alton Towers from Oldham, stopped by at Cheadles as there were few places selling halal food. Not too expensive, owners were very friendly. Totally enjoyed it.
Went there a few days ago whilst on holiday.
Ordered the Doner Wrap.
It was sensational. The employees were friendly and I will go back if I am in the area again.
