since they changed from Lloyds Pharma to Chartwell I gave them a second chance, but they cannot arrange between a GP (that is physically located in a building next door) nothing for over a week (even medicines that are on stock).
I said several times that I would call the clinic and take care of the matter myself, unfortunately the pharmacy assured me that they would be able to handle everything, which unfortunately was a very bad experience for me for over a week and my health suffered even more. I do not recommend!!!

The pharmacy is now owned and run by the Pharmacist. Some of the previous staff are working here too.
I am happy to support the pharmacy and have cancelled my Lloyds Direct prescription service.
A prescription was issued on a Friday morning and was ready the same day.
Excellent service with very pleasant friendly staff,i could use a pharmacy closer to me but prefer this one with much friendlier and much more efficient staff.
No problems since the changeover from Lloyds.
Very quick and efficient with prescriptions, a text message is sent to say they are ready. Got a phone call last Wednesday to say that the flu vaccines were in and had mine on Friday. Well done. Keep up the good work.

The friendly staff at this pharmacy cannot do enough to help you. They ensure that the waiting time for a prescription is minimal and are always ready to give over the counter advice and support.
Fantastic service. The gentleman owner and his assistant are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend this chemist.
