Absolutely appalling food is freezing and fish is drenched chips in grease man on phone saying what do you expect you live far away we are 8 min drive and the food was on delivery driver passenger seat with window open food went straight into bin never had something so disgusting
Staff not interested in any customer service. We will go down the road next time where the guys are always friendly
Ordered for delivery on just eat at 5pm for delivery at 6:05 to be told it's been delayed by 20 minutes which was ok, not ideal but I could deal with it at 6:20 it was delayed again by another 30 mins. At this point I wanted to cancel my order but the just eat app wouldn't allow for this. I proceeded to call the restaurant to be greeted by a "What do you want me to do" attitude. After being told that they can't cancel it or give my money back, I said that I would give them half hour to deliver my food or i will come to the shop and tell everyone not to buy from them, they quickly cancelled my order and refunded me. Absolutely Jokers!!! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND
So happy I found this Grill the food is yummy and I go every day for my cheese quater pounder. The shop is very clean and the staff friendly if you are out n about Try this place for delicious food

Firstly, missing items nearly every time I order! Price increase has made it pointless to get a kebab when you can get something better for the same price.
I ordered veg kebab and chips. Partner had chicken kebab. His looked not great but ok.
Mine was awful. They clearly don't read there comments section.
I've have veg kebabs from many places and there's always large or whole mushrooms, big chunks of peppers and onions and tomatoes and it's always enough to fill a pitta bread or more without the salad.
HERE you get a bunch of sloppy tomatoes and one mushroom cut in to slices. Small shards of pepper and onion that were almost non-existent with a pile of unwanted (I specifically asked not for) old sloppy salad items that filled the pitta up. In the bottom there was now a massive pool of juice that turned the pitta in to a degrading wet paper towel.
First and last time I will order from here.

Got a couple of Shish Kebabs for me and my friend, they were delicious! Probably the best I've ever had. The chilli sauce was really nice too and put my mouth on fire lol. Will definitely order from this place again.
Have used this place 3-4 times recently and me and my partner get takeaway with them through just eat.
Can’t speak for the in store staff as we never deal with them but the delivery staff are always lovely and friendly, the food is always delivered quickly and to date we are yet to have a single issue with our order!
And on a separate note, we usually have some sort of combination of a kebab burger, chips, and a kebab wrap, every time we eat from here the food is hot and tasty, so no issues there!
This place is now our safe go-to when it comes to ordering takeaway. We know we’re safe ordering with these guys and will continue to use them!
Horrible won't be ordering from here again, food arrives after only 15 minutes of order, so was expecting it to be really nice and hot but it was cold thr donnor meat was pale as hell, they splattered so much burger sauce on the food so wasn't easy to consume.
I orded from just eat and been given refund but should have looked at previous reviews on Google before ordering because looking at this kebab places rated there are much beter ones around that respect the food they are putting out and respect there customer especially when your paying top dollar.
